Albatrosses, whales, etc: May 30

On the last weekend in May I'll be down in Portland (western Victoria) to head offshore and photograph these animals, and help a bunch of photographers do the same on a workshop.

We've still got a few places left. Let me know if you'd be interested!

Sure, but it might be a bit awkward and heavy to lift and aim at the flying birds from the back of a fishing boat out on the open ocean!
We're not set up to have divers off the back of the boat: at times we cruise along and stop whenever we come across an interesting animal. Sometimes we burley off the back to bring some of the birds closer, and a couple of times I've seen albatrosses getting agitated when something was swimming under their feet: then we saw the shark...
