Here is shot from the japanese gardens using kit lense hand held, a little photoshop for help.

Hi Matt,

I like the image. While it is busy I didn't find it too distracting. Also liked the good use of foreground to help frame the shot.

It would be interesting to catch another shot like this but with a longer time exposure (always nice on waterfalls).

I like it Matt - a softening and pastel action would make it almost like a Japanese print

Nice. Colour came out well. Can't seem to see it full size though, it only looks like it's about 300 x 400.

I would like to see the same photo with a tighter waterfall crop and with a larger screen size.

Apart from that, not a bad photo at all with the kit lens Matt :D

Thanks , I will try the long shutter time . I didnt have my tripod with at the time.

I tried the crop but didnt turn ou to good
