Silvia Colloca is an Italian-Australian actress, opera singer, cookbook author, and TV cookery show personality. She has published six cookbooks. "Made in Italy with Silvia Colloca" was a 10-part TV series which appeared on SBS TV. This picture is of one of her recipes home cooked. I hope you like what you see because it tasted even better.

She has a no-knead bread recipe that you bake in a pot, in an oven.

Thank you Gary. The bread in this recipe is old sourdough. Silvia is an excellent cook so I must try some of her other recipes.

Yes, life in the UK was always expensive but now with Brexit is ridiculously expensive. At least, I hope, you are both having a great time.
