Serbian church
Posted: Wed Nov 22, 2023 12:47 pmThe church was built by Serbian Australians, who settled in Coober Pedy as opal miners. Because of the hot climate, it was decided to build a church under the ground. The church was built by volunteers and it is consecrated to Saint Elijah the Prophet.
