The new prices, that is.

Everything has changed, and mostly for the better, but ...

The D200 is in short supply, and so its price has gone up, up, and away.

The 80-400 and a couple of other select Nikkor lenses remain in unobtaniumland ....

However

The D40x is now on the list ...

As is the 40D, at just a nudge over $1500.

And mumma-Mamiya is there too.

I need to add a few other items back from the old list .... probably do that tomorrow.

Challenge 17 - Voting is now open

Please visit the challenge gallery and cast your vote.

Important housekeeping note

I've noticed that some of your are ignoring - or are unaware of - our rules regarding the posting of images. Please read the FAQ if you're not sure about something, or else ask one of the mods.

But as a reminder, unless there's a special reason, the LONGEST side that any image you post here should not exceed 800 pixels. That's height, and/or width. And please don't forget your file sizes either: there is no reason that any image should exceed 150K.

I've seen a number of posts this weekend that were well in excess of these guidelines. Please, think of others here, and do not do this.

Another Important housekeeping note

(from Greg B)
I have noticed quite a few posts containing coding that doesn't work here.

Anything with < > these will not work

The coding here uses [ ] these.

When you post, there are a number of buttons in the dialog box to assist you. You would also be advised to
review your post to see if it looks the way you expected. Posts with coding that doesn't work look crappy,
and simply do not work.

Gary,
Have the benro legs disappeared for good?
I was seriously considered one of the CF models.

No.

It easier for me to code up the inserts from the new list that Poon gave me, rather than trawl the descriptions and alter the prices.

I now need to find the items that are missing, and re-add those back to the list. That's a couple of hours that I need to find. :)

I got an entry in this time, but I'm not happy with it, and the general number of entries has been really low the last few times, which is a bit sad.

Regarding < and > and [ and ] codes, there are toggle options under 'always allow BB code' and 'always allow HTML code' in Profile menu setting. It's turned on and off respective by default, but when the latter is set on, < and > codes work as intended.
