Where to get a SB-600 looked at/repaired?

Postby Remorhaz on Tue May 03, 2011 12:29 pm

I'm just wondering where people would suggest (in Sydney) (Lidcombe?) I get my Nikon SB-600 looked at and repaired if necessary.

It seems to be firing inconsistently - i.e. sometimes it goes off and sometimes not - I had previously attributed to wireless use and others thought it was flat batteries, etc. But I've tried newly charged batteries with the flash on the hotshoe on both my D90 and D7000 and it doesn't always go off and I think it's getting worse.

Nikon at Lidcombe is where i got a SB-600 repaired, it had a busted tube and some capacitor thingy..

I will have a bet with you on the amount that quote comes back with. I reckon around the AUD200 mark

Service was acceptable and quick in this case
