A drawing

Postby sirhc55 on Sun Jul 20, 2008 8:24 pm

There are often times when we would like to convert a photograph into a drawing. The following photo was converted in CS3 with a sketch filter from AKVIS. IMO the result is far better than what can be obtained through the CS3 sketch filter.

Thought I might as well post the original for comparison.

Had a quick look at the sketch filter options in CS3 and can't come even close to this result.
Might have to play with some AKVIS software and see what else they can do.

That looks unreal!.
If you’re alone with your friend in the woods and a tiger’s chasing you, you don’t have to be faster than the tiger, you have to be faster than your friend.

To be totally honest I have not got the faintest idea. I just played around with the settings until I got an image that I thought looked OK :?

Wow, impressed. I would not have guessed the original from the sketch.
