Yes, there are few as:
ML-3 Wireless remote = AU $200.00/ want one? I have stock.
MC-20 & MC-30
The MC-20 is now discontinued and the MC-30 is similar with one you got, it costs around 3 - 5 times more.

I'll see how I go with the one I got. The receiver in the hot shoe could be a nuisance...

You don't need to attach it on the hotshoe.
It can be attached to other means and connect to the D2x via the 10-pin terminal.
I did that way many times and no problems.

Well, that's one of the (few) advantages the D70 has over the mighty D2X ;) It'll work happily with the cheap wireless remote.

I think the D200 will work with it too? Not too sure...

Hell, if you can afford a D2X, suck it up and pay the big bucks for the expensive remote :D :D

No, the D200 won't work with the D70/D50 remote.
It works with the ML-3.

Can the remote of the D70 setup as auto triggering, delayed shutter release (off the remote not from the camera as the D70), single and continuous shooting? NO.

And it can be setup with two separate channels via an infrared LED beam.

The D70 can't work with or hook up to the Pocket Wizard but the D2/ D100/ D200 can.

That why I have the D2 series.

Got 6 in today, one for our Peter, he ordered on Friday and 5 off to other outside our community, they are victims of the D200 fever also.

You can confiscate it when you pick up the 28/1.4.
