One fine day in Coffs Botanic Gardens not long ago...Grandkids (8 and counting) are great excuses to take photos. Just happened to stumble across a Sigma 105mm F1.4 behemoth and here's a few shots, SOOC. The lens is as sharp as the proverbial razor with magnificent background blur.

I am humbled after reading the comment from a sage like you Matt. Thanks! (Unlike me and my ugly mug, my grandkids are very photogenic and it's hard not to get a few keepers whenever we do a shoot with them!). President, A.A.A.A.A (Australian Association Against Acronym Abuse)

Re: One fine day in Coffs Botanic Gardens not long ago...
You just triggered a memory of when I was very young. My grandfather, on my mother side, used to take me for walks in the public gardens, pushed my swing (he tied a rope to a tree branch in the back yard of his orchard, take me to fetch water sitting between the terracotta water jugs on a wooden push cart from the public fountain. Francisco, his name, has been gone for sixty years now, but those memories of his love and generosity still remain.
Re: One fine day in Coffs Botanic Gardens not long ago...Mate Robyn and I am expecting our 8th grandchild any day now. (Little girl). I have no idea why I am so blessed in this old world but I am. And yes I have grand memories of my grandpa who died many years ago. He was my hero and still is to this day.
