I like #2 for the composition with the background people. One thing I would cheat and change would the the OOF line so that it's parallel to the top of the picture.
#4 is great with a suitable turqouise color cast.
and I suggest you propose a time so we can a get a unhurried team together.

quite a poorly composed shot imo but the expressions and poses of the people are what I liked about it.
