   I don't know how to do that in PS.  I generally use PSP.  I'd guess that you'd have to lay your sig on a separate layer, size it to something manageable and use the PS equivalent of PSP's deformation tool.  I'll give it a quick look in PS CS to see if I can figure it out quickly.  It's 2am here, I'm off to bed so I can go out to try to get some shots tomorrow.

That's why you can see several of them in each eye, but only above the midpoint of the eye.

The ceiling is 3 or 4 stories high, lots of concrete support pillars, with lots of bare bulbs in cone shaped reflectors.
