Thanks guys! A word of warning though, after shooting next to Tony for a weekend I had a mental breakdown and bought a 400 2.8

It is not a mental breakdown - it is a natural progression, easily the most versatile of the big glass. Close focus, 2.8 and can handle both 1.4 and 2x converters. Apart from the weight what is there not to love? Cant wait for it to arrive so we can try it out, mmmm next Saturday perhaps.
