The penultimate one is spectacularly good the field of view looks to be a bit more than 180 degrees? And vertical?

ta Gary - the bendy on is actually taken with the 24-70 @24 mm.. its a vertical panorama (landscape orientation shots) covering a bit over the 180 degrees

Spectacular Gerry. Concerning the first two wide angle images, are you sure you're not Ken Duncan in disguise? They are just as good as Ken's wide angles, if not better.

thanks Ozi, i really like pano images, there is a challenge in stitching together several images to capture the nice field of view, that said i find compositionally they are quite easy

I like this one, its a stitch of 3 images one with the car in it

They are all masterful, but I prefer the very last one after the comments and the second last before the comments.

Thanks, Gerry. I appreciate the response. My favourite shooting iron is the 24mm. And the 85.

But you can do some very interesting things with a very wide angle lens. Like getting in dangerously close to a moving tram, or getting your feet into a shot of a cathedral across the road in Melbourne, with the lights from a traffic light standard, over your head, also in the shot.
