I was at a wedding yesterday as a guest and managed to find this reflection of the VERY shiney Jaguar...comments welcomed:

Boy oh boy that is a shiny car - can even see the celebrated photographer himself.

It is always a great way to capture a scene as a reflection and yours Geoff has worked well and I like it. My only suggestion would be, for the future, is to try and not get the photographer in the shot as well unless that is the intention.

I totally agree - I should have escaped the image but it was a 'quick' shot...

Excellent use of improvisation. I would never have thought of photographing that. It kind of looks like a fisheye.

This is a good shot. As already observed, it would be great if you weren't in the shot (of course then we wouldn't have what's here!)

This is an excellent example of the fact that, as photographers, we need to look constantly at the world around us with the idea of taking photos "switched on".

I did a folio on reflections 15 years ago, and still to this day I'm constantly looking for them! This one is great for a 'quicky'. Well done....and nice shiney car!!

Interesting shot, Geoff. It's surprising how well the colors, like skin tones, came out. Nicely done.

Funny, I can't count how many times I've been taking photographs of something so inconspicuous, people are like, why in the world is he taking a picture of some stupid puddle on a trail? recently I was taking a picture of my hotel room right before going to bed and I was rooming with someone for work, he went to bed in the other room and could hear the shutter going Click, Click, the next day he thought I was photographing something naughty. It worked out to be a pretty cool picture. Sometimes I'm sitting there talking to someone and then I'll see it and forget that I'm even socializing with the person.

Very interesting perspective but to make it even more so, I suggest cropping out the left side where it shows the car's pillar. That way you'll keep people guessing how you managed to take the photo...unless they spot you in it
