Had a quick play with the D2x at Birddog's. It's a bloody nice camera.

Images come out beautiful and seem to stand up to PP well. These are all heavily boosted saturation, but IMO stood up to it well.

And some more macro shots, once again taken at Birddogs.

Nick - a nice collection (some are a little soft) but the 2 I like most are the very last one (superb) and the one of you reflected. I would see a doctor as soon as possible and get that dent in your knee fixed :lol:

Yeah, I'm aware of the softness - a product of handholding macro with not an incredible amount of light.

I'm sure the knee can wait a few years still I can treat it myself :lol:

Nick, notwithstanding the fact that you'll be trained, I'm not sure you'd be able to treat yourself given serious drugs would be needed to dull the pain :lol:
