This is a shoot I took in RAW and used PSE3 to adjust saturation and do a small crop. I also removed a steel post near the steps.

Nice spot, colour saturation works well... Would never have realised a pole was taken out, so good PP.

Be tempted to try a longer exposure for the classic silky, creamy, blurred water, but that might just be me, I tend to go for the ol' classic soft, blurry water effect...
