If you reserve the right to purchase a prize-winning photo, what happens if the photographer says no? purchase seems to imply a regular sale, but i'm pretty sure you can decline to sell things to people for whatever reason you like.. it's your good/service after all..

Odd how in the last competition, they were giving away a D70 but now they've downgraded to a 300D.

EDIT: Oh I see... an E-1... wow... a good camera with a useless lens system... well, you could always sell the camera and buy either another body or a really nice lens.
