I rang them some weeks ago about it. Received a return phone call, received the confirmation email, actually received everything except the damm cheque :?

Next step johndec, camp outside Maxwell's front door Sunday night for Monday morning opening, with confirmation e-mail in hand and demand your cheque or you will call in Ray Martin at 'ACA' to sort out
