Forum rules Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent. Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Re: Spoilt for choiceI can see this is really too much for you to handle so as a special favour to you I will take that Hobgoblin off your hands. It hasn't been the same since Lions Brewery took them over anyways. Greg It's easy to be good... when there is nothing else to do
 Re: Spoilt for choice
Ah Greg, if only I had read this before NYE! This particular beer has now been consumed. Incidentally this brew comes from the Wychwood Brewery in Oxfordshire, England. Perhaps you are thinking of another beer of the same name? BTW it was a very nice beer Fuji X-Pro1 | X-E1 | X-T1 | XF14 | XF23 | XF27 | XF35 | XF56 | XF60 | XF10-24 | XF18-55 | XF55-200 | MCEX-11 http://gmarshall.zenfolio.com http://xtographer.weebly.com
 Re: Spoilt for choice
I know. I have been drinking it for over 20 years. Probably my second favourite brew (After Chimay Blue) The last time I was at the brewery in Wychwood; OK the only time; I was told by the staff that they had just been taken over by Lions (Or was it Lyons?) They were really worried that they would be forced to produce to a price rather than a quality. I have noticed a slight drop, but to make up for that availability here has improved dramatically. I have even seen cans of the stuff lately. Shock. Horror. I have a few but haven't tried them yet. Greg It's easy to be good... when there is nothing else to do
Re: Spoilt for choiceMay have to do some research.....a very quick google reveals that Wychwood brewery is now under the banner of Marstons. Re: Spoilt for choiceI should have said that was about 10 years ago. Not long after 9/11. I also went to Turkey & the place was deserted. We were almost the only tourists. Greg It's easy to be good... when there is nothing else to do
