End of Year BBQ - Sydney

Postby Reschsmooth on Mon Oct 22, 2012 4:56 pm

Given the end of year is fast approaching, we thought it a good idea to host an event at which people place pieces of dead (preferably) animal on very hot pieces of metal. Some call this a barbecue.

Expressions of interest sought.

Looking at Sunday 25th November 2012 at about lunchtime.

We can work through logistics regarding BYO or otherwise once we confirm numbers.

Undoubtedly, I have left something important off this, but let me know.
Regards, Patrick

I will be in Sydney that weekend, and it is a possibility that I could come for a while (in between church services.) Once the venue is known, I will see how things go.

Ok, thus far, the following have indicated attendance:

Cameron
Matt
Gerry
Gary
Ozi
Steffen
Suren

Did I miss anyone?
As there looks like there will be 9 people, I am happy to provide the rotting carcasses that will be sacrificed upon yon pyre.

Can I ask others to bring:

Vegetation
Baked flour and yeast
Moderately carbonated refreshments and Coke

And perhaps we can chip in for malt extract, yeast, hops and water? I will have whine.

(why be concise, eh?)
Regards, Patrick

Ozi
Steffen
Suren
Peter (+ vino}
Andrew

So I make it 13 people.

Not sure if this worked last time.

Looking forward to catching up with the team I met at the Mt Tomah shoot, and meeting moor forum members. :D
Looking forward to attending the BBQ on 25 Nov and the morning shoot at cloverlly. Where will every body meet and at what time for the shoot.
